Best Genre for 3ds? Empty Best Genre for 3ds?

For anyone that has one, the 3-d displayed on a 3DS is pretty cool/crap depending on the game from what I can see.
Pro Evo makes you think the pitch goes back miles from the screen you're watching.
Street Fighter 4 (while great) has pretty much three levels of parallax.

I'm thinking that there will be some genres better suited to the 3d than others:

Golf: The expanse of a fairway would be ideal in showing off the 3-d just like PES does but it could come into it's own with a 3-d view of the bumps and dips on the green - if there's a sequel to Nintendo Touch Golf on the 3DS, I'll be first in line.

Snowboarding/Skateboarding: If anyone has updated their 3DS firmware, they will have found the free 3-d video. In this, there's an overhead (game perspective) view of a guy snowboarding down a hill that's amazing in 3-d. Roll on SSX 3DS maybe?

First person shooters: Left this 'til last 'cause I want this most of all. Given the power of the 3DS, we could have at least Goldeneye N64 levels of graphics (note I said "at least"). Throw in online multiplayer and this could be the killer app that gets people buying the system like they did with the DS Lite. Iawata himself said in a developer meeting the other week that Ninty needs more games like COD. Being able to gauge how far to throw grenades, high up sniper spots, Gears-type close combat melee moves....all would be smashin in 3-d. I'm hoping there's going to be an announcement of Modern Warefare 3 for the 3DS soon.....fingers crossed.

So is there any other game genres or individual games you think would use the 3-d effect well?

Funnily enough I reckon a 2D platformer like Donkey Kong Country Returns would actually work quite well on the 3DS.Things like the switching between foreground and background, the giant octopus tentacles, the cannonballs from the pirate ships etc would all look pretty cool in 3D

Im looking forward to how they will utilize the tech in the next zelda and mario portable installments. Im hoping to pick one up in the coming weeks for a trip im going on.

Paper mario for wii was a great little game swithcing from 2D to 3D, which may work in other game genres.
I remember a great little puzzle/platformer on psp called crush, i lost alot of hous on that.lol
Obviously the 3ds would be able to go fom 2D -> 3d dimension -> pop out 3d, which would be weird.
