psn north america

hey guys i've tried many times to make an america psn account and it doesnt work on the website, i assume its som precaution to stop people from outside of the us doing so or something, i don't know, but could any of you guys make me a us psn or tell me how? i wanna get spyro and stuff. i want to have an account for myself and the ball and chain so we can get releases that arent available here. if you can help that would be great

forget that, it seems i can do it no bother. for months and months though it wouldnt let me make an american account. super duper
