Liberty City.

Every numeric GTA game has been set in Liberty City.

Only 1,3 & 4.The city in GTA 2 is called Anywhere City

Can't say I'm too bothered about V after IV.To date it's the only GTA game I've played(and I've played virtually all of them)that I haven't bothered to finish.Just bored me compared to the previous games.Saint's Row is my sandbox crime sim of choice now

No way will it be Liberty city again. I'm hoping its like San Andreas. Really big game area with planes and the whole lot. And they bring back in some RC vehicle missions as well, as their kinda fun later on in the game.

I'd say they learned from their mistakes in IV and get rid of constant fone calls off mates every time ur trying to do something. I'ts just not needed in a game.

I actually enjoyed IV especially the two add ons as well. To be honest Saints Row is ok wot puts me off is having to do all them side missions just to continue with the main story. I know it adds longevity to the game but it really annoys me having to do them.

I'd be very surprised if it was. There's been 5 games set in Liberty City now(1,3,4,Liberty City Stories on PSP and Chinatown Wars on DS)so they really need to do something different.Frankly if it is LC again I probably won't bother with it

It wasn't just the phone calls tbh. There were a lot more problems with 4 such as the controls(both driving and on foot),the lack of mission variety, lack of mid mission checkpoints, dull side missions and frankly annoying characters to name a few.

I agree the side missions in SR should be optional although it wasn't as much of a problem in 2 as you could easily build up massive respect levels which meant you didn't have to do that many of them.At least the side missions in SR are fun though unlike GTA 4
